Students
need to wear comfortable easy-to-move-in
clothing. Dress in layers
for optimum comfort. Classes
are done in bare feet, so
plan to remove your shoes
upon entering the facility.
Yoga/Pilates
mats, blankets and other
props are provided by
The Healing Arts Center.
They are also available
for purchase or you may
bring your own.
Yoga,
Pilates and Tai Chi are
best done on an empty stomach,
so try not to eat a meal
closer than 3 hours before
class, but a light snack
1 1⁄2 – 2
hours ahead is OK.
